Below are the costs incurred for registrants who would like to partake in the Fair.

Booth Costs

Please note that 16 ft x 16 ft Booth can house up to 3 registrants.

The Blue Rock Bed and Breakfast (www.bluerockbnb.com): US$45.00 per night which includes Breakfast and Free Wi - Fi

The Lancaster Arts Hotel (www.lancasterartshotel.com): US$132.00 per night which includes Breakfast, Free Wi - Fi and Free Transportation within ten miles of the City.

The Lancaster Marriott on Penn Square (www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/Insmc-lancaster-marriott-at-penn-square/): US225.00 per night which includes Breakfast, Free Wi - Fi, Public Transportation is available and Access to Gym Facilities

Hotel Accommodations for The Caribbean Fashion and Music Fair 2013

Please Take Note:

Registrants have an opportunity to qualify for free accomodation at the Lancaster Arts Hotel if they pay their full booth and registration fees by January 31st 2013. Final Cut Off date for all registrations and booth fee payments is March 15th 2013.

Caribbean Fashion and Music Fair has partnered with three Hotel Establishments who have offered special rates to participants.
